Senior Golf Rates
If you would like to obtain the Senior Rate (available Monday through Thursday) for your round we ask that you join our Senior Golf Pass Program in our Golf Shop. Simply show the Golf Shop your ID (62+) to enroll. This program does not expire but you must be enrolled to qualify for the Senior Golf Rates which start at $35 for walking. Once enrolled, you will be able to sign in and make your tee times online under the SENIOR 62+ Rates Category button, or you can call the golf shop to make your tee time 860-354-9359 ext 1 between 7:30AM and 6:30PM
Golf Rates
Candlewood Valley Country Club now utilizes a Dynamic Pricing Model. Rates are constantly adjusted in real time (up and down) based on a variety of factors Including demand, availability and weather. How does this benefit you? Dynamic Pricing allows you to get the tee time and price you want by booking in advance and taking advantage of our 10 day booking window! The sooner you book, the better chance you have of getting a lower price! While this is new to the golf industry, Airlines, Hotels and even Sports Teams have been using this for years to better serve their guests and fans.
Tee Time Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, we request that you do so at least 48 hours before the start of your round. When reserving a tee time you will be required to provide a credit card to secure the reservation. At no time is your credit card being charged, unless you purchase a prepaid round. Cancellations inside the 48 hour cancellation window are subject to being charged to the credit card at the published rate for the tee time. No Shows will be charged at the full published rate for that particular tee time.
The Fine Print…
- The Minimum Age to rent a motorized golf cart is 16 Years of Age with Driver License.
- All Golfers must agree/sign a Motorized Golf Cart Rental contract in order to use a motorized golf cart. User(s) is(are) responsible for cart damage/condition.
- Proper Identification and a major credit card is required when renting a motorized golf cart. A credit card authorization may be required as a security deposit for any damage or loss to the golf cart.
- Weekend Rates will apply to those Holidays which may fall on a Weekday.
- All Tee Times will require a Credit Card to secure a reservation. No Shows will be billed at the published rate for the tee time reserved.
- Rain checks shall be issued at the discretion of Management.
- All carts must be returned after scheduled round, last carts are due in by time posted in Golf Shop, with Starter and on CART GPS Unit.
